Not worth emailing about
We cannot diagnose your specific machine by email, find a technician near you, look up a part for your model number, or advise on a warranty claim. For anything tied to your exact model, the manufacturer's support line holds information we simply do not have.
If it is urgent
Do not wait for a reply from a website. If you smell gas, leave the building first and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If an appliance is sparking, smoking or smells of burning insulation, cut power at the breaker and stop using it.
